With Spain being the top exporter of wine in the world and the third largest wine producer, it’s undeniable that wine is an integral part of the Spanish lifestyle. The island of Mallorca only, already counts two of its own D.O. wine regions, more than 70 bodegas and indigeous grape varieties that can only be found in Mallorcan wines. Fact is that in the Spanish culture, wine is a drink that ignites the flavour of meals and is best when served at the table. In our ‘Extras’ section upon ordering your meal plan, you can find a variety of local wine packages to accompany your daily Bolsita Verde meals. Carefully selected by the ladies to pair well with any of our dishes. As the house white, we have the Muscat from Miquel Oliver 2021 (D.O. Pla i Llevant). Red, we have Tinto Uno from Can Axartell (Vi de la Tierra de Mallorca). And for the rose lovers, we offer Son Caules Rosat from Bodega Miguel Gelabert (D.O. Pla i Llevant). All wines can be ordered in packages of 3 or be mixed to enjoy a nice variety.

We’re grateful to have these ladies involved to complement our wide selection of meals. As excellent food needs excellent wine, we can only recommend to order a few bottles and experience it for yourself.
