Instructions
1.
Wash the vegetables. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the tomato into small cubes. Chop the parsley. Peel the avocado en cut it into cubes. Drain and wash the beans. Mix all ingredients in a bowl together with the Italian dressing. Set aside. Chop the green leaves.
2.
Heat the wraps in a frying pan for a few seconds on each side. To put the wrap together: start with a base of green leaves and place the salad on top. Roll up the wrap by pressing it hard with your hands to bring all ingredients together. Serve.
