Broccoli

Tofu

Cooked chickpeas

Garlic

Mix of spices

Soy sauce

Mix of fresh herbs

Basmati rice

Instructions
1.
Place the rice and plenty of water in a small pot. Rinse the rice by stirring it with your hands, so that the water turns white. Drain the water well. Place the rice back in the pot and add 500ml of water. Bring the water to a boil and let the rice cook for approx. 10 minutes until it's tender. Drain the water and spread the rice on a plate to cool down.

Wash the vegetables. Bring plenty of water to a boil in a small pot. Add salt to taste. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Once the water boils, add the broccoli and let it cook for approx. 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Drain the tofu well and cut it into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the broccoli into slices. Drain and wash the chickpeas. Chop the fresh herbs. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and sauté the tofu until it turns brown. Add the broccoli, garlic, chickpeas and the mix of spices. Sauté everything for 3 minutes and add the fresh herbs together with the soy sauce. Turn off the heat and mix it well.
4.
Serve a base of rice on a plate and place the sautéed vegetables and tofu on top.
