Garlic

Ginger

Zucchini

Instructions
1.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Peel the carrot and zucchini, and cut them into thin strips. Cut the scallion into thin slices.
2.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot and sauté the garlic and ginger over low heat. Add the carrot and zucchini. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Add 750ml of water together with the ramen sauce. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Try the flavour and add the noodles. Let it cook for 4 minutes until the noodles are ready.
3.
Serve the noodles in the broth and sprinkle it with the scallions.
